Hi everyone, I am a self confessed music and sound nut. A multi-instrumentalist and composer who bounces around genres depending on my studio work and what music ideas pop into my head. My releases include albums of blues/rock songs, modern electronica, meditation music, field recordings, jingles/theme music, samples and beats. Behind the scenes, I've composed music for TV, independent films, documentaries, games and apps.
I am based in Berlin, Germany and also produce/arrange/sound engineer for other musicians and bands - including 17 Hippies, Elyas Khan, Mark Mullholland. Over 70 releases to date.
Born and raised in Sydney Australia, childhood piano lessons in a music filled home, morphed into playing bass, guitar, banjo, ukelele, drums, percussion and my own singing style. Learning how to engineer as a teenager on a Tascam 4 track, led to SAE and building my own studio.
2024 has been a busy year to date: new music released includes the single 'Daylight'; my 2nd collection of 'Beats and Grooves' and my collection of 'Meditation Tones' - 12 x 20 minutes pieces of music designed for yoga, relaxation and stress relief. I have also been involved in 2 major productions: 'Tang' - a multi-media environmental exhibition and a new production of Berthold Brecht/ Kurt Weill's "The Three Penny Opera".
My latest single is 'Guesswork' - a quirky and catchy song with some bold instrument choices and surreal lyrics. And it was fun to make. Thanks for listening and tell your friends.
