Formed in the summer of 2016, Late Night Agreement is an American pop punk band hailing from north Orange County, California. The group consists of vocalists and guitarists Russel Slate and Brett Sutton, bassist Zach Lyons, and drummer Jacob Bribiesca. Starting as a turn-of-the-century punk rock cover band, the group recorded their EP, "With My Heart in My Mouth," with KickMix Productions and DiCarlo Studio and Productions. Since then, the group has been progressing towards the influences of modern pop punk bands between 2009 and 2018. The band is now producing and performing a heavier and higher-energy rendition of pop punk with songs such as their self-produced newest release, "Eye to Eye."
