On December 2nd, Late Night Rambler released their debut studio album, "Anecdote to Madness".
With many different sonic landscapes being created to help bring the heartfelt lyrics of the protagonist to life, this album will bring the listener to many different settings inspired by genres including, Country/Americana, Grunge, Pop Rock, Folk and more.
The Cork group consists of Stephen Cool (Vocals/Guitar), James Christopher
(Lead Guitar) and Pierce Dorney (Bass). The group shares an eclectic taste in music
and pull from many different sources for inspiration when crafting songs from;
Country/Americana, Alternative Rock, Grunge, Pop and more, LNR showcase a raw,
authentic tone that’s hard to ignore.
LNR split their time during the pandemic-stricken year between growing a
community channel, Troubadour Distillery Cork, that was aimed to support musicians
during uncertain times and give them a platform to showcase their talents. The other
half of the year was spent arranging, recording and promoting singles for Late Night
Rambler songs that will subsequently appear on their debut album.
“Late Night Rambler… fronted by Stephen Cool who has written the ten tracks that
make up their new album. It is said if you don’t write your magnum opus, paint your
masterpiece or record that album during Lock-down, when so many distractions are
cleared from your path, it’s probably safe to say you will never get there.” (The
