Lathebra

1996... 5 guys give life to LATHEBRA, a musical project, an intimate and magical experience, a dark and extreme piece of music that people today, after more than a quarter of a century, still talk about.

LATHEBRA started their activity in the first months of the year 1996 with the aim to portray with the most various colors a kaleidoscope of sensations, feelings and emanations. After more than one year of intense song writing, on September 1997 at Cyb Studio with Ettore Longobardi, they recorded their debut demo titled "Angels' Twilight Odes", a musical sensitive experience, the poetic opus of the penumbral Art.
The release was acclaimed as one of the best demo tapes of the year receiving great reviews and selling 1,000 copies in just 3 months. The band also played some live shows together with HEIMDAL, UNDERTAKERS.

Then in 2000 the band recorded a second demo "Etra" a three tracks promo destined to label only!
But things of life have taken us far and interested in totally different situations so after this, the band split-up and... it was the silence.

This until 2021 when Nelson of Sylphorium Records showed interest in releasing the demo tape on CD. It didn't take us long to collect all the audio material we had, the old DATs, and send them to Davide Barbarulo at 20Hz20kHz Mastering Lab for a great remastering action.

The result is this edition of "Angels' Twilight Odes" released by My Kingdom Music and Sylphorium Records, limited to only 300 copies.
