Her career began behind the scenes, writing and producing for world-renowned artists — earning credits on Craig David’s UK No.1 album Following My Intuition and contributing to Kaytranada’s highly acclaimed album 99.9%, which won the Polaris Music Prize and two Juno Awards. After this early breakthrough, Lauren and Kaytranada went on to create a number of records together further cementing her presence as both a writer and vocalist in the global music scene.
In 2018, Lauren turned her focus fully toward music production, seeing the gap within the male dominated industry with only 5.9% of women that hold producer credits across Billboard Hot 100 charts. She released a series of self-produced and self-written EPs that showcased her independence and versatility. Since then, she has continued to rise from strength to strength, carving her own path as a producer and artist.
Most recently, Lauren produced Hearts2Hearts’ debut single “The Chase” — a track that’s rapidly approaching double platinum status — and wrote NCT DJJ’s single “Dive” (x3 Platinum), expanding her reach into the global K-Pop scene.
Lauren’s work crosses genres, with cuts alongside artists like Alanis Morissette, FLO, Cian Ducrot, Aluna, Dua Saleh, and Olivia Dean and more.
