Two Tru was a band that featured the music of Lauren Passarelli & Cindy Brown. They often performed with Jeff Song & John Mettam. Two Tru released their first recording, Among The Ruins in 1989 and garnished great international press from, Home & Studio Recording Magazine, & Roland Users Group Magazine. They released their second recording, Shadow Language in 2004 which contains, My Norwegian Friend, a song Lauren wrote as a hats off to The Beatles. Lauren handed the cassette tape demo of, My Norwegian Friend, to Giles Martin in 1998 in the green room of Berklee College of Music. This collage groove arrangement at the end of, My Norwegian Friend, inspired Giles to create the collage intersong play arrangements for the sound-track to The Beatles Love ~ Cirque du Soleil.
