Laveer

Ranging from moody to cheerful, Laveer plays glossy synth pop with a notable new wave influence. The four members began playing music together in their teen years before going on to develop themselves as artists and initially playing indie rock under the name Prospect. Since rebranding as Laveer in 2016, Sam, Matt, Jordan, and Eric have created a distinctly authentic and fresh take on modern synth pop by combining electronic elements and indie pop staples. The four have claimed their rite of passage as independent artists by performing in countless live venues, bars, music festivals, and various events. 2020 marked a unique landmark in the band’s career as live music was on hiatus and they began to see their fanbase grow quickly with streaming, earning them several thousands of plays for tracks like “Hideaway”, “Real Thing”, and “Wavelength”. Laveer has big things planned for 2021 and beyond with new releases and live shows on the horizon.
