Hailing from New York with Korean/Brazilian roots, Lawrence relocated to Berlin and quickly carved a space for himself, founding his intrepid A7A imprint and LUSH club night.
His label A7A releases cutting-edge electronic music spanning across techno, electro, and bass and also currently hosts a residency on Refuge Worldwide and Rinse France. Lawrence's nascent club night LUSH, in collaboration with Monika Martinez, flourished into a Friday night staple at Berghain's Panorama Bar. Lawrence is also a resident at .TAG, known of its marathon events and regarded as a central institution for club culture in Asia for 10 years.
