Lazy Jonez started his musical interest very early at the age of 6.
In 1986 he got a Commodore Amiga, on which he was able to gain initial experience with so-called tracker software. Previously, he first programmed Commodore 64 SID Tunes but these were quickly replaced by the Amiga sound. He kept working with tracker software until 1999.
In 2000 he switched to common DAW software and initially practiced in production. In 2014 he started to work in sound design and mixing as well as mastering. His style moves between vocal house and minimal house. Chord sounds are an important part of his music.
The name Lazy Jonez is dedicated to the Commodore 64 game "Lazy Jones".
