Formed in 2018, <a href="spotify:artist:3hhhTVMo2x4H9Io9HfB6X5" data-name="Lecture on Nothing">Lecture on Nothing</a> is a Boston-based independent industrial rock outlet by Iggy Rabovsky in collaboration with Kaiser (<a href="spotify:album:0aj8yuTzkmA4SFmhmiQrBK" data-name="1st Sound">1st Sound</a>) frontman Otu Suurmunne. It is a science fiction sonic journey contrasting themes of high tech with low life - through the use of synthesizers, drum machines, electric guitars, and effects processing. The title pays homage to pioneering composer <a href="spotify:artist:1Z3fF5lZdCM0ZHugkGoH8s" data-name="John Cage">John Cage</a>'s 1959 experimental writing, 'Lecture On Nothing' - part of the 'Silence: Lectures and Writings' anthology.
