South Korean (born Seoul, April 12, 1979) Lee Soo Young was a pop ballad (i.e., slower, more vocally based tunes) singer who first made waves with the single "I Believe" in 1999. Her first album followed shortly thereafter, and over the course of the next ten years released a further 6 full lengths (Never Again in 2001, Made in Winter in 2001, My Stay In Sendai in 2002, This Time in 2003, Colors of My Life in 2004, As Time Goes By in 2005, and Grace in 2006). She also released a handful of compilations, and her 2006 album Grace was a number one hit. ~ Chris True, Rovi
