Leonardo Allistair Adams better known as Leedray was born in Johannesburg. Leedray grew up in a small town Jagersfontein in the Free State province. The new rising rapper and trap soul singer brings a different melodic sound to the future of South African music. Leedray now Immerge in Hip Hop, Trap, Drill. Rooted in a vibrant thematic core, his creative process invloves prayer, engaging with fans on live facebook sessions and recording in solitude. Collaborating with notable figures like Stickbeats, Samquidy, Stukza The Voccalist and S'phonique. Leedray's journey includes nominations for "Best Hip Hop Artist" at the 2021 Boltz Awards and "Uprising Star of Africa" at the 2022 OGA Campaign.
Leedray had an interwiew on one of the south african radio stations, Pheli FM. His music is being celebrated and airplaying on various radio stations in South Africa. Leedray has recently released an Ep titled "Four" featuring two of Tembisa's Uprising artists named Mxhoso Omkhulu and C-Ya.
