LEFAWIGI (lā-fä-wē-gē) is an energetic alternative rock band based in East Jakarta. They are a junior high school band that grew up amongst punk, hardcore, and hip-hop local heroes in the Greater Jakarta Area. LEFAWIGI is well-known for its quirky and fun stage act despite its high-octane and punchy sounds.
They have been producing music on their own since the beginning. One of their latest singles "The Night's Calling," received great praise from fellow musicians worldwide.
LEFAWIGI's newest single "The Poison I'm Willing To Take," is set to be a comeback single in 2024 before finally finishing a debut album consisting of recycled and new original songs. Today, LEFAWIGI is expanding its wings and aiming for bigger stages.
