The Lehigh Melismatics is Lehigh Univerity's oldest all gender a cappella group, founded in 2001 by Anita Green and Hayley Teich. Since then, the Melismatics have gained popularity across campus and among other collegiate a cappella groups.

In 2004, the Melismatics released the first album, "Just What You Need, "Top Shelf" was released the spring of 2010.

In 2010, we competed again, finishing second in our quarterfinal at Rutgers University and winning best choreography for "Battlefield." We earned fourth place honors at the Mid-Atlantic semifinal, where music director Casey Rule won best arrangement for his interpretation of "Let it Be”.

Under music director Nat Jenkins, they released their third album, "Addicted" in 2015, took first place and an award for best arrangement at the 2016 ICCA Mid-Atlantic quarterfinal. They also took home first place and best arrangement at the 2017 ICCA Mid-Atlantic Quarterfinal as well as Best Choreography. They went on to win Best Choreography again at the Mid-Atlantic Semifinals that year.

In more recent years, they released their EP "Chains" and are gearing up to release a new album with their new single "Don't Lose Sight"
