I began writing <a href="spotify:track:1kWVQtOpdiPYUu4OKWlr7a" data-name="Thija">Thija</a> in August 2021 and thought of collaborators who would take this song up a notch. I hit up drummer <a href="spotify:artist:70NP1c4DpP76osSlwpDRnv" data-name="Chris Allison">Chris Allison</a> (known for his work with <a href="spotify:artist:3Gs10XJ4S4OEFrMRqZJcic" data-name="Plini">Plini</a> and guitarist <a href="spotify:artist:48yZ6XTgNBvGvEE3rtwKz0" data-name="Camilla Sperati">Camilla Sperati</a> for a solo. They were really kind to help me and had their fun with this track. I&#39;m really proud of the outcome. <a href="spotify:track:4ZvwcPbixL5mcCq421ggGu" data-name="This Is Not A Ringtone">This Is Not A Ringtone</a> was a collaboration with my drum teacher <a href="spotify:artist:1pgBiGN9MDxj8Vjtink5FG" data-name="Aliyar Kinik">Aliyar Kinik</a> (on drums of course) and a group of his international musician friends. The song started out with my guitar parts laying the fundation for the instruments to come. <a href="spotify:artist:4yyp6EC20n1BJXiUYB8H0q" data-name="Chase Bryant">Chase Bryant</a> played bass and <a href="spotify:artist:1sg7UlZRwCaNCqEgtoBrEw" data-name="Cihan Öz">Cihan Öz</a> keys. <a href="spotify:artist:3M2CDtyb3gjoV6VHgVei4m" data-name="Erdinç Aksaç">Erdinç Aksaç</a> (fretless baglama, some parts with ebow) and <a href="spotify:artist:2dasIBzWhFjtxPy2KbXiBR" data-name="Ilker Işik">Ilker Işik</a> (kaval) played solos and harmonized my melodies. Finally Wes <a href="spotify:artist:4SFWlXQQ1Vjy98k1Lz7dC8" data-name="Thrailkill">Thrailkill</a> recorded a guitar solo.
