It was in the south of France, during lockdown, that Léo Agapitos experienced a true creative release. From this period emerged a hybrid universe at the crossroads of ambient, dreampop, and synthwave, where sound texture and emotion take precedence over traditional structure. Inspired by the sonic landscapes of <a href="spotify:artist:1P6U1dCeHxPui5pIrGmndZ" data-name="Air">Air</a>, the introspective atmospheres of <a href="spotify:artist:7yxi31szvlbwvKq9dYOmFI" data-name="Jon Hopkins">Jon Hopkins</a>, and the minimalism of <a href="spotify:artist:7MSUfLeTdDEoZiJPDSBXgi" data-name="Brian Eno">Brian Eno</a>, his work seeks a balance between contemplation and movement.

In April 2024, he released <a href="spotify:album:459mdG4utd4td73iuJy8XB" data-name="Journey Through The Mist">Journey Through The Mist</a>, a first EP in collaboration with <a href="spotify:artist:1P107emodtpci48ddniplk" data-name="Bruce Wijn">Bruce Wijn</a>, exploring a subtle meeting point between ambient and lo-fi. This was followed in June 2024 by <a href="spotify:album:5VycbDbS3sQzqacOlYixzy" data-name="Suddenly Close">Suddenly Close</a>, created with <a href="spotify:artist:0Ab73vRWe4rnoV3Z9r4YhB" data-name="OMOH">OMOH</a>, where floating textures interact with indie pop melodies. More recently, <a href="spotify:album:5cxjrkXsr3UsJONUYXR0cy" data-name="Long Story of Stardust">Long Story of Stardust</a> marked a more introspective and cinematic phase, affirming his affinity for extended sonic narratives.

The upcoming EP, set for release on April 17, continues this exploration of in-between spaces. Led by <a href="spotify:album:2edTzljVkOs3LXa5Ql20sH" data-name="Adjusting">Adjusting</a>, a space ambient first single, the project focuses on ideas of transition, inner transformation, and movement. A body of work conceived as an emotional landscape, shaped by travel and a life shared between Paris and Brussels.
