Leo is a 2nd-generation musician, composer, producer and master recording engineer from Baltimore, Maryland with a passion for writing and producing various genres of music. Leo developed an interest in playing the trumpet at the age of 10 and began writing music in high school. He learned to record in college working with area bands and opened his first studio in Richmond, VA in 1992. He toured with “The Good Guys” as a keyboard player for 2 years before moving back to his home town in Baltimore, MD to open his production company. His musical influences included Herb Albert, Chuck Mangione, Freddy Hubert, Najee, Brian Culbertson, Rick Braun, Peter White, and Earth, Wind and Fire. Leo is a true workaholic. He’s worked with in musical genres from Jazz to R&B, Hip Hop to Gospel. Leo has also composed scores and worked on video game and movie productions.
But his debut album wasn’t released in October of 2015 on Dreama U Records. The CDs are available in iTunes, Amazon, and a host of other websites.
Leo also enjoys designing building carpentry projects and loves spending time with his wife, who has inspired him to share his personal musical work with the world.
