Leon Braheem

Olabode Adeola Ibrahim also known as Leon Braheem,is an Afro-Bounce artist, singer/songwriter from Lagos island, Lagos, Nigeria born August '95. He is a graduate of the well known University of Lagos where he has a degree in B.Sc Chemistry. His journey into music began when he was in secondary school. Where all his fellow students came together to rap on a beat made on the table. He watched with a curious mind as how they came up with rhymes and vibes. That eagerness to learn more about music made him to get a pen and paper to write out his own ryhmes. Music Africa was a starting point as he now had to listen to various sounds from different countries. In 2018, he wrote his first song called Be mine. He is a versatile writer who writes on many genres but majorly on Afrobeats and Afro pop genres but he is coming out as an Afro-Bounce artist, to spread positive energy, love and dance through his music. Growing up, he listened to great Nigerian musicians like KSA, Wande Coal, 2face, D'banj, Psquare; and International stars in the name of Enya, Lighthouse Family, Chris Brown, Akon, and T-Pain. In 2023, he had his first major performance at the ALAT at 6 show in the presence of thousands of people who were left impressed and wanted more. He released his debut EP titled Odyssey in 2023, which is about life, perseverance, hope, love and happiness, and fast forward to 2025, he has worked on projects like the Wemalympics Anthem, Hola Holla and Omo Olola.
