Leon Valkass

I’ve always been into music, in the beginning as a musician and since many years a developing producer. I’m learning by trial and error, and trying to learn more about whatever I feel I lack in. Picking up insights and knowledge from other producers I’ve met and worked with.

Growing up in Sweden and the UK with influences from graffiti, urban exploring, listening to and then seeing The Prodigy live in 1997, have been influences which have played a role in my taste for dark, dirty and shady sphere’s of the music map.
I decided I wanted to create stuff from all the inspiration I’ve gathered on the dance floor. Techno has been the genre that I still find mind-blowing, and is so much more to explore.

I’ve mainly played gigs in Sweden, which has been great fun, but also in Greece, Thailand and Portugal. I’m grateful to have some released tracks on Fervence, Vantablakk, Detroit-Berlin, Makadam and most recently I have had releases on Stockholm based Pink Hell Records and Miami based Singe records. The more I find whilst exploring, the more exciting it gets, and that’s what keeps the beat and vibe alive.
