Leonie Sherif

Leonie Sherif is an innovative East London/Essex based singer-songwriter whose deep-seated passion for music has been evident since her childhood. Influenced by a rich tapestry of '90s legends, including Mariah Carey, Toni Braxton, Whitney Houston, and the iconic Michael and Janet Jackson, she also draws inspiration from groundbreaking producers like Timbaland, Darkchild, Rich Harrison, and The Neptunes.

Her distinct sound is best described as an eclectic fusion of alternative and commercial electro RnB, a style that blossomed from her exploration of music production and beat-making which commenced in 2016.

Her debut EP, NOCTURNAL WAVE, released in September 2018, showcased a collection of melancholic tracks infused with ambient pads, synths, dynamic percussion, adorned with her soothing ethereal vocals alongside UKG remixes that captured the attention of clubland throughout 2018 - 2019.
