Hey, my name is Lester Ward (Ben Ward) and im a 21 year old solo artist from Brighton, UK. My primary sonic influences stem from the likes of Elliott Smith, Sufjan Stevens and Beach house who have shaped my sonic palette for the last 3 years. Ive been playing music in numerous forms over the last 11 years and started out drumming when I was ten years old which evidently blossomed into a love for songwriting and other instrumentation. My music possess melancholic undertones and speaks to those who might be undergoing romantic woes or general struggles with life as a young adult. I hope my music can help those struggling unlock a door to catharsis and validation to ones emotions being a resonant force for their listening.
