Letherique is a seasoned sonic activist from Strasbourg (France), whether
it's through his radio show “Sharivari” featuring over 200 shows or his contribution through several key collectives like Schlaflos and Leitmotiv. Lately, he’s also been a resident DJ at the club “La Kulture”,
where he plays his all-night-long show “Voodoo Theory”.
A definite lover of dark and cosmic vibes, this bastard child of Mad Mike and John Carpenter takes great pleasure playing with spooky and ethereal atmospherics. Never shy when experimenting and
taking risks, he often enjoys tinkering outside the boundaries of genres and well-established rules in
the name of a pretty singular vision of Techno.
In 2017, he released his first vinyl on Arythmic Records and got to launch his own imprint, Bella Ursa
Recordings, in 2020. It was then that he fell in love with the cassette medium and began to enjoy
coming up with unusual designs and working with other like-minded artists.
