Letita Martin

Few would have expected a high school dropout, and teen mom, to reach her goals or realize her dream, but that is Letita Martin’s story.

Today, strengthened through battle, Letita is a beating heart that reaches youth and young adults. She is a spunky fireball; a high-energy songstress set on pushing the boundaries of music to heal and to help. Her timeless sound is a youthful fusion of Billboard’s top music genres. Her songs are an example of artistry and dialogue that welcome music lovers to an exhilarating and heartfelt experience.

An accomplished dancer, choreographer and creative director, Letita began blessing the mic at a young age via NAACP, City Stage and other showcases. Fast tracking her career, Letita went on to perform at the 25th Annual Stellar Awards kick off reception before emceeing the 8th and 9th Annual Holy Hip-Hop Awards, the 3rd and 4th Carolina Urban Inspirational Awards.

In 2009, Letita was nominated for and won “Best Female Urban Inspirational” during the Carolina Urban Inspirational Awards--an honor she was nominated for again in 2010. In 2010 Letita was nominated for “Contemporary Female Vocalist of the Year” and “Urban Contemporary Song of the Year” during the Rhythm of Gospel Awards.

After a much-needed hiatus, Letita is dishing out double portions of fusion music that is true to her calling and unconventional style. Her songs are an inviting journey through Tita’s World; a place to stop, check and reflect using the mirror of God’s Word.
