Lewis Coles

Alternative, left-field musician and composer <a href="spotify:artist:1fBpj6muxIi8lvEghZDG4T" data-name="Lewis Coles">Lewis Coles</a> began the art of music production in 2020, getting a taste of sequencing certain rhythms and available instruments together on various audio work stations. In 2021, along came his debut album <a href="spotify:album:0SKpo9DZr1nUNeTZbWSxlz" data-name="Aleatory">Aleatory</a> which has mixture of genres and moods in each track to give an unusual perception of a music project and show the bleakness of the lockdown life.

In that same year <a href="spotify:album:0XfM570TSJNofv0H4iAcJy" data-name="Metro Spark">Metro Spark</a> was released which had a more subtle genre and style, balancing elements of retro pop, synthwave and electronica disco influences. The stepping stone track <a href="spotify:track:1SmWcMBRmZrTOVsTJWlzuI" data-name="City Fever">City Fever</a> helped him much later to perfect the electronic sub-genre Synthwave as a whole, this features more significantly in the 2022 singles <a href="spotify:album:0wXXEu1PK6olomlAhUA0QF" data-name="Eclipse">Eclipse</a> and <a href="spotify:album:5OgCCFGu1wfK3cbjTWKFt2" data-name="Point of No Return">Point of No Return</a>, these two tracks later appeared on the albums Futures Lite and Outerglow.

Aside from the those releases came the 2021 EP releases <a href="spotify:album:2nZEvpk5CRQmopBkMPCGQQ" data-name="Millennial">Millennial</a>, <a href="spotify:album:0U7ndItLQQZF7AMEToismy" data-name="Nights of Fortune">Nights of Fortune</a> and <a href="spotify:album:3nv4RQCWpglaYDKO07sOb5" data-name="Dystopia">Dystopia</a>, following on from those came indie rock orientated album <a href="spotify:track:4T1EHAUEH3NqkZjsJQot37" data-name="Solstice">Solstice</a> respectively, these releases took a turning point for Coles himself as he wanted to explore a variety of genres mixing soft rock, alternative pop, soul and blues.

In early 2023, after completing the album <a href="spotify:album:77fbrHSrkFeuQzrbaKJBGv" data-name="Outerglow">Outerglow</a>, Coles collaborated with <a href="spotify:artist:7uJmGmpUDPst8vNHT1aTqj" data-name="PELLAGIO">PELLAGIO</a> singer-songwriter Jon Pell and formed the Synthwave duo project <a href="spotify:artist:7uyMjIIaZWb7OYM12jtlYe" data-name="FUTURONICA">FUTURONICA</a>. In which they released their debut single <a href="spotify:album:2hn3GoLaKCc3ZQc1grPVbT" data-name="Alone On Mars">Alone On Mars</a> and are currently bringing more ideas together for new releases.
