LEX, a rapper from Thessaloniki, Greece, is considered the most influential hip-hop artist of his generation, achieving mainstream success through his solo work. He debuted in 1999 with the group <a href="spotify:artist:6zGGlsaQlrVasqaIfBWZoE" data-name="Voreia Asteria">Voreia Asteria</a>, pioneers of rap in Northern Greece, with their albums Xalara (2003) and Xalarotera (2004) celebrated as classics.
