LHONTHAY SQUAD is the first girl group from FRL Company (FRL LABELS). LHONTHAY SQUAD is senior to 3COUPANG. LHONTHAY SQUAD was very famous during the 2021-2022 era. Initially, LHONTHAY SQUAD was formed with 4 members, but there was an addition of 2 members, making it a 6-member group. However, within less than 2 months of the pre-debut phase, 2 members left for personal reasons, resulting in their official debut as a 4-member group, consisting of SUZY, RUBY, JULIA, and LAURA.
SUZY’s contract ended in 2022. She decided not to renew her contract with the agency and officially left both the group and the agency. LHONTHAY SQUAD’s contract officially ended at the end of 2023, and all members decided not to renew their contracts but remained part of LHONTHAY SQUAD. LAURA officially left the group on January 1, 2025, citing personal reasons. Currently, LHONTHAY SQUAD is managed by M3KI LAB, a subsidiary of iDY LABELS and FRL LABELS.
The two remaining LHONTHAY SQUAD members, RUBY and JULIA, are participating in the LOONTHE project group produced by M3KI LAB. This group consists of 4 members: RUBY, JULIA, THALITA, and TANIA. THALITA comes from the 3COUPANG & ZEM:BUT groups, while TANIA is from ZEM:BUT. This group is scheduled to debut in 2025.
