Liem Hieu ( Nguyen Hieu Liem ) is an international vibe guitarist, music producer and sound designer from Vietnam. He was born in 1992 in a buddihism traditional family in Saigon. He began his musical journey at 14 years old by playing guitar. At the age of 19 he joined a rock band called Bui Gio as a guitarist.
After recording the first album with Bui Gio around 2014, he met a Brittish singer Lucy Alexandra Howson through several jam sessions. In the mean time they found the synchronziation between the two coundtries in music, they decided to form a psychedelic rock band called Cat Pylon. At this time, Liem Hieu’s idealology start shifting toward the nature and peace.
From 2014 Liem Hieu has been actively working as session musician and music producer for several indie and mainstream artists such as Kai Dinh, Wean Le, CAM, Mess. , Naomi,... He also participated in cinema works as sound designer for several movies.
