Anthemic pop band lightcraft has made it their mission to shine a light of hope on the world through every note and melody they produce. Formed in Selangor, Malaysia, where they met while studying at the same university in 2006, the Jakarta-based Indonesian trio have a unique, arena-ready sound that is both uplifting and melancholic, a blend that will intrigue any music enthusiast.
lightcraft has several releases, including debut EP “The Modern Seasons” (2006), debut album “Losing Northern Lights” (2008), second album “Colours of Joy” (2014), second EP “Another Life” (2016), third album “Us Is All” (2019), and groundbreaking fourth album "Hope + Love" (2022). In July 2024, they unleashed the deluxe edition of "Hope + Love", titled "Hope + Love: reanimated edition".
lightcraft has performed across the globe, including in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, India, Canada, the USA, Russia, China, Mongolia, and the UK, at SXSW, Liverpool Sound City, V-Rox, Taihu Midi Festival, Monsoon Music Festival, Big Mountain Music Festival, Canadian Music Week, Music Matters Live, Zandari Festa, Baybeats Music Festival, Playtime Festival, SONIK Philippines, and Music Lane Festival Okinawa, among others.
