Pennsylvania-based alternative rock/pop outfit Lights + Letters formed around the talents of longtime friends <a href="spotify:artist:2m1narxDCFpgfaTwhphYwk" data-name="Sam Krahe">Sam Krahe</a> (guitar), David Perkins (vocals and keyboards), and Dan Cephas (drums).
The band’s debut EP, Tell Me, was recorded by producer/engineer Jonathan Crone (Mat Kearney, Blake Shelton, Relient K, Brit Nicole) in Nashville, TN with Roy Mitchell-Cárdenas (Mutemath, The Pink Dust) on bass guitar. The project was completed and mastered by Brad Blackwood (Maroon 5, Sara Bareilles, Thursday) in Memphis, TN before its release in November 2018.
Lights + Letters’ honest and reflective songs of doubt, longing, and hopefulness are told with rhythmic guitar hooks, earnest vocals, and passionate choruses that are both catchy and thought-provoking.
