Likkle Bangi

Likkle Bangi, also known as Bangi, is a Ugandan recording and performing artist whose musical prowess shines through heartfelt lyrics and soulful vocal performances, reflecting a fusion of genres including Alté Cruise (alternative African music), Afro-fusion, R&B, Dancehall, Pop, HipHop, Indie and more.

Inspired by artists like Aaliyah, Britney Spears, Rihanna, Lianne La Havas, IAMDDB and her late father, Likkle Bangi draws from their styles, vocal versatility, powerful lyricism, captivating stage presence and resilience. She debuted in 2019 with the emotive single "UDK," a trailblazing track contributing to Uganda’s new wave music scene. Her self-titled EP release in late 2023 further cemented her status as a rising star.

Last year, she garnered significant acclaim with her feature on "My Lover, " a song by one of Uganda’s most respected artists, A Pass. The music video’s success highlighted Likkle Bangi’s growing influence and ability to captivate both local and new wave audiences.
