Lil Brows was discovered by comedians Theo Von and Brendan Schaub from their podcast, “King and the Sting”. Brows went from submitting a parody rap from a parking lot, to creating a full length album for the fan favorite podcast alongside recording artists such as: Mike Stud, Jelly Roll and Paul Wall. The name “Lil Brows” was given as a joke by the cast of the show, but soon caught on leaving everyone to stop calling the “rap-caster” Austin, and start calling him by his new nickname, Lil Brows. LB now has explained that although this started as a joke, he has been inspired by all of the positive feedback and now wants to showcase his original music as well. “This started as just a joke, but then things started getting more serious as I found myself in the studio recording a full length album with features from artists I grew up listening to. I’ve always kind of been someone that takes things too far, so I figured I might as well see how far I can take this. Now my goal is to get a grammy by 2022.”
