Lil Wright is an emerging voice in Australian hip-hop. Only at Nineteen years of age he is, known for his fierce lyricism, genre-blending sound, and emotionally charged storytelling. Hailing from the Gold Coast, Queensland, he began rapping as a personal outlet, but quickly discovered a deeper passion for the craft—one rooted in creativity, authenticity, and connection.

Influenced by artists like Denzel Curry, Isaiah Rashad and Terror Reid. Lil Wright brings a dynamic presence to the mic, fusing the grit of Memphis rap with the sharp edge of boom bap and the experimental energy of modern hip-hop.

His debut mixtape, Slaughter Tape, made a bold entrance with raw, hard-hitting tracks that paid homage to Memphis-style production, while his follow-up project, Lost n' Found, showcased his range, diving into themes of struggle, growth, and emotional vulnerability. The contrast between these two bodies of work reflects Lil Wright’s ability to move fluidly between high-energy anthems and introspective, soul-baring verses.

Lil Wright has performed at local showcases at Door 84 in Brisbane, hosted by Under Raps, and continues to build his presence through collaborations with artists including his close friend Tyghe and also Loverboy Nel, Ella Mae Harmony, Dez Flight, Flowzeph,Clipzzz, Symph0ny, Mikky & DIQN
