LILIES&SPARROWS delivers a soundscape that reimagines and blurs the boundaries between modern worship, gospel, pop, and rock music. Drawing from diverse musical influences and backgrounds, the group pairs meaningful lyrics with intentionally dynamic and versatile instrumentation.

Rooted in gospel tradition, LILIES&SPARROWS began as a humble offshoot of a central Minnesota worship team. What started as a simple songwriting passion for lifelong friends Hope Schmidgall (vocalist) and Carter Hanson (pianist and guitarist) has blossomed with the addition of Jordan Tacker (drummer and music producer). Together, they form the LILIES&SPARROWS.

This unique collaboration of multi-talented members results in what they describe as "authentically robust kingdom music," a style that speaks to God’s presence, power, and freedom. Inspired by the biblical imagery of lilies and sparrows from Matthew 6:26-34, their music invites listeners to trust in God’s provision and embrace His promises. He watches over the LILIES&SPARROWS
