LIMOCAT is a rock band from Jakarta formed in 2022. The members are djalto (Vocal), Youngky (Guitar), Irfan (Drums), and Wista (Bass). Starting their career as a cover band active in the local Japanese pop culture scene in Jakarta and the surrounding areas, LIMOCAT has now decided to release their original work. The name LIMOCAT is derived from the guitarist's residence in the Limo area of Depok and the band members' fondness for cats. Influenced by various genres of music, ranging from 70s progressive music to early 2000s alternative rock, LIMOCAT presents complex yet easily digestible music. The lyrics of LIMOCAT's songs often highlight the problems of daily life that frequently occur in the surrounding environment.
