Lindsay Kent is a 20 year old singer/songwriter from the Chicago Suburbs looking to bring people together with her music. From a young age Lindsay was always trying to help others and always looked out for their well-being. When she found her niche for music she went straight to helping people through her lyrics. Her 2017 Debut EP "Find My Way" shines light on mental illness and helping people feel less alone. Working as a member of INOJ Artist Development with Clarence Welton and with the Chicago Area Project in the MWAH! Performing Arts Troupe, she has gained intel on working in the industry and working to serve others with her music. Playing over 60 shows in the Chicago-Land area at places such as Lincoln Hall, Brauer House, Double Door, and Two Brothers Roundhouse.
Since then Lindsay has joined The Millennials, A classic rock band from the suburbs, as their lead vocalist, lyricist, social media manager, and merchandise coordinator. The debut single "Chains" followed in her theme of mental illness awareness and breaking free from stereotypes. During the three years together they have played 150+ shows in the Chicago-Land area including Buckingham Fountain Switch on Summer, Retro on Roscoe, and Wrigley Field.
Lindsay is currently a Junior studying Music Business with a focus on Live and Touring Production and Social Media Marketing and Promotion at Columbia College Chicago.
