Little Benjamin

Little Benjamin is a Cayman Islands–based artist blending Caribbean rhythm with influences from Canadian peers like Drake. Born to a Hungarian mother and Canadian father, he spent his early years between Hungary and Grand Cayman. He’s performed in London and founded his own music event, Motion Madness, experiences that inform his versatile approach to songwriting and production.

In studio, he’s known for recording full rap performances in one take, a hallmark asset of his talent. Each song is completely written by him alone.

His debut album, The Game Theory, introduced him to wider audiences. The track “Cracc Sh!t” gained notice for sampling an unreleased Playboi Carti instrumental

In 2023, he released the EP Love to Hate, his first genre fusion project: “General V” taps Dancehall rhythms, while “Actress” draws on Afrobeats.

On January 1, 2024, he issued Everyday Madness, uniting Caribbean percussion with UK rap and earlier experiments. The single “Sephora” drove 3.8 million TikTok views and took the album to No. 55 on Hungary’s Hip‑Hop/Rap chart and No. 17 in the Cayman Islands.

His follow‑up album, Motion Hideous, features Montreal’s award‑winner Chung. Tracks like “Rationale” explore drill and R&B, while “Buck a Gyal” brings modern Dancehall.

Most recently, he released “Hold Down,” a tribute to Georgetown. Each line is designed as a standalone quote, reflecting his truly concise, impactful style and vision to date so far.
