Living

Living is a dream-pop group from Bergen, Norway. The group is a collaboration between multi-instrumentalists Lucas de Almeida and James Dream (<a href="spotify:artist:63hHGon9nmKagld5Ku97Wr" data-name="Etheric Felines">Etheric Felines</a>, Altar), drummer Sturla Kverneng (<a href="spotify:artist:4LOAd0Ga7QJA0KWmytyUuV" data-name="Hvitmalt gjerde">Hvitmalt gjerde</a>) and bassist Nora Tårnesvik (<a href="spotify:artist:1j25vzmMbh6krXZWSkDjvW" data-name="Strange Hellos">Strange Hellos</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:0CypOwC3a9AJovrc11NXZG" data-name="John Olav Nilsen &amp; Nordsj&oslash;en">John Olav Nilsen &amp; Nordsj&oslash;en</a>). Living plays a mixture of psychedelic electronic soundscapes and groovy rhythm sections, which borrow from the group’s very international make-up and mindset. The result, nonetheless, is pop music at its core and is best experienced in the band’s energetic live performances. The group has toured in the US and Europe in support of their debut EP released on Brilliance in 2016, and is now preparing the release of their debut full length — “Absolutely” — due in 2018.
