Liz Davis

Liz Davis is an Irish singer/songwriter from Dublin. She released the first of 3 singles on all major streaming platforms in May 2021 with In Here, followed by What You’ve Been Doing in June. The latest release on July 30th was Bare Faith Little Fear.

But this is by far not her first step onto the music scene. She began cutting her teeth in the early 2000’s going to open-mic nights & singer/songwriter nights, most often accompanied by her brother on acoustic guitar or backing tracks. She landed support gigs in top Irish venues including Whelans, The Sugar Club & The Button Factory; as well as a spot in Smithfield’s Eurocultural Festival & had 3 of her songs featured in award winning RTE teen drama, Aisling’s Diary. She also teamed up to feature on tracks or provide backing vocals for other artists.

Her music is an eclectic mix of rnb/nusoul & chill-hop, placing soulful sometimes bluesy heartfelt stories into catchy melodies & complimenting them with quality hip hop beats. After a break away from music to focus on other personal commitments, she found great solace during pandemic times in writing & creating again. And so, she has begun a hopeful new journey into what is a totally different music scene from the one she left.
