Lizzy Luna is the creator Yoga Storytime and Songs, a unique program which incorporates yoga-position-inspired characters and settings as well as original music with interactive movements. As a singer-songwriter, Lizzy writes children's music with both movement, imagination, and relaxation in mind.
Lizzy's introductory single, Sun Salutation, guides children through the Sun Salutation yoga routine, the most popular sequence of asanas, or poses, that warms up the body and serves as a way to greet the sun as it rises in the morning. Sun Salutation is the first song on Lizzy's complete album of original children's yoga songs, Reach to the Sky, will be released in May of 2018.
