Loch Mhor (Scottish for great lake) is a musical project and a collection of songs written by David Richards. Originally from Glasgow, Scotland- he got his first guitar when he was 16 and rehearsed in his bedroom for way too long. He then started a 5 piece band called “Velvet Kilt” in Minneapolis (circa 1995) and played original songs around the bar scene. After moving to Green Bay, began playing with another 5 piece called “Town Criers” and an acoustic trio called “Gil Sans.” Loch Mhor is excited to announce the imminent release of “Much Ditto,” a shoebox of gibberish muses and happy, melodic hooks with a few dark corners. Hopefully, we’ll be out gigging when the world hits reset. See you soon!
