You are hereby welcome to join me on a journey in storytelling. This is an expereance two songs in one. The first part follows a retelling of a love story that never really happened. It's a calm, electropop song with the feeling of a fairytale played out. It then slides over to the cinematic part of the song. The part that is more dejected, hurt, a question asked to the void "what the hell happened?". The part that would fit in the trailer of a dramafilm or at the end of an episode of a dramaseries. That moment in the episode when the resignation is a fact. You are left with the feeling of "what just happened?" Or perhaps you just feel that it was a nostalgic, cozy story that you got to experience. Like with all kinds of art, the interpretation of the song is also completely up to the listener. My hope is, no matter what you feel, that you get to do just that, feel and be moved.
