Ja'shaun started writing music as a child all the way into High School, gaining a reputation making music for class projects and free styling on FaceTime with friends.
After building his first studio in 2021, he was traveling to Vlad The Villain & Gigi Mani's 'By Any Means' recording studio for further vocal development. 'Can't Stress Her' was released being the first featured content from Looney Mac.
In November 2021, 'Night Cruise (This Holiday Season) (Prod. By MikeWeGotOne)' the debut single to be the echo of his calling. Expanding more into popular sub genres, 'Only You' & 'WYD?' would come soon after, bringing attention under the eye of major music labels.
Looney Mac still remains independent.
In 2022, the adventure continued with Santa Rosa collaborator 'Skyyy', creating the debut collab album, 'A Dying Love'
November 26, 2022; The debut album '2023: The Album' would release, pulling out all the stops with diverse lyrics and melodic performance.
A new addition has made its way to all stores to kick off 2024! 'Won't Believe' featuring SS.Starboy is the first of many recently announced.
