Loong Bong

I started playing guitar when I was 10, began writing songs when I was 15 and now I'm finally learning how to produce at 25.

I’m from Malaysia, born and raised on Borneo island in the small town of Kuching, Sarawak. I had a pretty great childhood and so I got to explore music as a hobby. But as many musicians know, financial success in this industry is rare. So I took the safe route, and thanks to the hard work and the sacrifices that my parents made I was able to get a degree in chemical engineering, which lead to me landing my current job as a full-time engineer. 

If there was one good thing that came out of the 2020 lockdown for me, it was a rekindling of my love for writing songs. Now that I'm earning my own money I've decided to give it a try and invest in producing my songs myself, putting out music that I love and feel a lot of people would enjoy as well. 

If I am to become successful, my number one goal would be to give back to my parents for all they've done for me and help them make their dream life come true, where they can travel the world and do what they've always wanted to do. 

Only once I've achieved that will I think about what I want to do next;)
