Loppanoza also known as Loppa, is a Moroccan rapper and a late bloomer artist who started her career in 2021.
Regardless of not being present in the rap scene from a young age, Loppa surprised the underground scene with her hidden talent and agressive delivery, making her stand out from the others.
Despite her feminine look, Loppa was raised in the hood, loved playing basketball and was heavily influenced by American hip hop culture.
Her talent bloomed in her early twenties, leading to her debut single "NAMASTE" in 2023, where she officially gave birth to her artistic persona.
In order to challenge herself, Loppa competed in "MOBDIAAT" and won the 3rd place.
As a self-made female rapper in a patriarchal society, Loppa finds sublimation in writing and rapping, often tackling subjects that her contemporaries don't rap enough about.
Her 2022 single, "YA KHTI" addressed fourth-wave feminism and internalized misogyny.
"GHI ANA" showcased her determination to reach her goals, And "CHED CHED" reflected her relentless escape to run away from stereotypes and societal outdated traditions.
As a Femcee, Loppa uses her art to challenge societal standards. She participated in the
"3AIB" cypher with other Arab female rappers, aiming to raise awareness about the shame that often dominates women's lives. This collaboration was featured in the Netflix Arabic series "AlRawabi School for Girls".
