Today based in Paris, Lord Funk was a time a supplier and a salesman of records and official samples of the biggest producers electro and hiphop in US and worldwide ( Fat Boy Slim, Kenny Dope, Warren G, DJ Spinna, The Beatnuts, DJ Muggs, Clark Kent, Towa Tei, DJ Vadim, Lord Finesse & BuckWild, Bob Sinclar, Pete Rock, Kruder and Dorfmeister, Q Tip, Eagon (Stones Throw), Quest Love, DJ Premier, Just Blaze, Pete Rock or Alchemist). All came to A1 Record Shop in New York, the ancient fief of the Lord Funk.
During years, he also carried the caps of DJ (New York, Lausanne, Bale, Paris, Miami, Helsinki),Producer of Soul & Jazz radio program, Disco & Funk (The archipel du Funk on Transat Fm), editor of Rare Groove, producer of compilations of B-Sides and Rarities Funk, distributor of the Label Desco Records (Sharon Jones and Dap Kings, Lee Fields, Neil Sugarman), musical pillar of Kourtrajmé, as well as founder of the Records store U.S.A Music ( Paris).
The Lord now works and turns around sound illustated Ads, Advertising / Tv / Movies soundtracks, and musical Compo/Prod Compositions (The Tropical Combo, Lord Funk, Les Papas Flingueurs, 113, Squadra Azzura, Widow Prizum , D.Mano, Lil’ Thug…..).
