My name is Lorenzo De Finti, I play the piano and write music.
After years of productions and concerts based on an electric kind of jazz, I really felt like I needed to turn the page and begin a new chapter in my musical adventure.
I was looking for an acoustic atmosphere, for silence, for the right sound. I wanted a line up that could help me reach the intensity of a classical chamber ensemble. What came from this exercise is We Live Here, Suite for Jazz Quartet,released by the norwegian label Losen Records.
The success of the album was great and surprising! We started touring Europe (36 concerts) between 2016 and 2018.
The second album, Love Unknown has just been released and already we count more than 40 fantastic reviews from all over the world.
A video was released a few days before: the german magazine Jazzthing Magazine gave it its first airing:

The release concert took place at Victoria Nasjonal jazzscene in Oslo and was a blast!

A European tour has started, taking us to Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Italy, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Austria, England during spring/fall 2019.
