LOTi is a Nigerian-Canadian Afro-R&B artist shaping the future of the genre through a bold fusion of Afrobeats, Soul, R&B, and alté. From Lagos to Toronto, his music tells vivid, emotionally rich stories of love, longing, and growth, layered with rhythm, vulnerability, and soul. Since breaking out with “Queen” in 2018, LOTi has built a loyal fanbase through fan favorites like “Wanting More,” “Desire,” and “Bad One,” with his 2022 debut album Afrodisia surpassing 1.5 million streams globally.
His genre-blending sound has earned placements on major playlists including New Music Friday Canada, Mood Ring, Crxss Current, and RADAR Canada, alongside radio support from CBC Radio and features across Apple Music’s Afrobeats and R&B selections.
LOTi has collaborated with artists such as JUNO-nominated ZENESOUL (“What You Need”) and Romeyo Wilson (“TLC”), and brought his magnetic stage presence to venues and festivals including The Mod Club, Le Studio TD, AfroCarib Festival, and most recently headlining Sankofa Square.
His new EP Love Made Me Do It is out now, a cohesive Afro-R&B project led by “Fenda,” “Girlie,” and “Ifeoma” that explores love in its beautiful, chaotic, and vulnerable forms, positioning LOTi as a rising voice in modern Afro-R&B.
