Lou is is a versatile singer and songwriter from Athens, Greece.
Early on she was interested in many musical styles and experimented a lot with her voice and all its potential for expression. Great influences of her singing and songwriting style are Barbra Streisand, Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Radiohead, Lady Gaga.
She has collaborated as a vocalist both in the studio and on tour with many well-known and beloved Greek artists such as Maria Farantouri, Dionyssis Tsaknis, Manolis Famellos, Foivos Delivorias, Filippos Pliatsikas, Yannis Kotsiras and many more. She is a member of the “Heroes, a Tribute to David Bowie” collective of artists who have made a series of big concerts in memory of the one and only David Bowie. She is also one of the 3 female singers that created the very successful ‘’Tribute to Leonard Cohen” tour all around Greece.
While living in London she started working in her songwriting skills and released her first self-released EP “Dragons” in 2016 and later, a revisited version of the single “How” in 2019.

With new songs in the pipeline, “In The Rain” is her comeback single through The Hubsters, on October 2021: new sound, a great arrangement, a powerful melody, a memorable chorus with strong backing vocals & Lou Is’ mature performance shows that “In The Rain” was definitely worth the wait.
