Straight out of Cedar Rapids Iowa from Jackson Mississippi hails Lou Kane also known as Mr. Ratchet. You probably wouldn’t believe his love for music had him dancing first. He was the man with the moves until he learned how to download beats off YouTube. Later he would freestyle to those beats with his close high schools friends who are knows as Squiddy Boys now. He didn’t decide to take music serious until he linked up Ikey and Fabo to form the Bomb Squad. After releasing the mixtapes Highway Music and Highway Music 2: The Traffic Jam, Family Matter Ent. and The Bomb Squad had set the Cedar Rapids local rap scene on fire. Due to unforeseen circumstances Lou Kane was left to carry the weight and keep the wave going that the Bomb Squad had started. So he picked up the pieces and transformed into Mr. Ratchet and released the “Da Ratchet Way”.
