Loupx garoux（ルー・ガルー）ロックバンドHOMMヨ(活動休止中)のギターヴォーカルとして2005年より活動しているニイマリコのソロ・プロジェクトでありバンド。 ニイマリコ（Vo.＆G）、YURINA da GOLD DIGGER（Magic,Drums＆Love/Ds.&Vo.）、okan（ロイジプシー,WAO!/Ba.&Vo.）、Romantic（ex.爆弾ジョニー、betcover!!etc…/Syn.&Vo.）の4人組。2023年末より活動を開始。 ブラック・ミュージックや昭和歌謡にインスパイアされつつ、歌を中心に据えたダークかつポップ、バラエティ豊かな楽曲を制作。個性的で美しい楽器隊の歌声もフィーチャーされるミニマルで現代的な演奏、Romanticによる挑戦的なアレンジには耳の肥えた音楽好きをも唸らせている。またバンド活動休止後からのライター経験から、より研ぎ澄まされたニイマリコの独特な歌詞にも注目である。
///Loupx garoux.Solo project and band of Nii Mariko, who has been active since 2005 as the guitar vocalist of the three-piece female rock band HOMMヨ (currently on hiatus). Nii Mariko (Vo.&G), YURINA da GOLD DIGGER (Magic,Drums & Love/Ds.&Vo.), okan (Roy Gypsy,WAO!/Ba.&Vo.), Romantic (ex. Bakudan Johnny, betcover!!etc./... Syn.&Vo.), who started their activities at the end of 2023. Stepping away from the alternative rock they have pursued for many years, the band creates a variety of dark yet pop songs, inspired by black music and Showa-era Japanese songs that they have been familiar with since childhood, with a focus on vocals. The band is moving forward at breakneck speed. In addition to their visual impact, their minimalist and contemporary performances feature the unique and beautiful voices of the instrumentalists. Romantic's challenging arrangements have impressed even the most discerning music enthusiasts. Nii Mariko's unique lyrics, sharpened by their experience as a writer since the band's hiatus, are also noteworthy.
